PESHAWAR: The Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat Regional Office Peshawar has successfully resolved six pension commutation complaints filed against Frontier Corps (North), restoring pension benefits and ensuring payment of Rs. 2,020,172 in arrears to the affected pensioners.
The cases were processed under the supervision of Investigation Officer Mr. Mushtaq Jadoon, while Implementation Officer Mr. Qasim Jan ensured timely execution of the decisions.
The beneficiaries included Zahid Khan of Swabi, Mehrban Shah of Peshawar, Luqman from Nowshera, Islam Khan from Khyber, Syed Shah Nawaz of Nowshera, and Sajid Shah from Mardan.
The complainants expressed appreciation for the prompt and effective resolution of their longstanding pension-related grievances through the Wafaqi Mohtasib forum.
The Regional Office reaffirmed its commitment to providing swift, transparent, and fair redressal of public complaints, particularly those related to pensions and financial entitlements.
