Almas Ali Jovindah is a distinguished and senior lawyer of Pakistan. He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court and is an authority on cyber crime law. In addition to that, Mr. Jovindah currently serves as Legal Advisor in Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat. He is also serving as the Executive Secretary of Forum of Pakistan Ombudsman and OIC Ombudsman Association. He also serves as the President of Just1TV which is the first platform in Pakistan that highlights the achievements of legal fraternity of Pakistan and hosts interviews of the legal and political luminaries. In addition to his contributions as a lawyer, he is also actively involved in humanitarian causes and protection & advancement of human rights of the minorities of Pakistan.
Mr. Jovindah’s alma maters are Forman Christian College and University of Punjab.

Mr. Muhammad Arif Humayun is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and specializes in Tax, ‎Commercial and Corporate sector. He currently serves as Assistant Advisor (Legal) in the Federal Tax ‎Ombudsman Secretariat. He also serves as the focal person to the Director General of Trainings [Dr. ‎Arslan Subuctageen] at the Forum of Pakistan Secretariat.‎
Mr. Humayun holds an Honors degree in Law from Islamia College Peshawar. He did his Masters in ‎Commercial Law from University of Management and Technology, Lahore with specialization in ‎Financial Regulations & Business Law from University of Antwerp, Belgium. He is also a Member of ‎Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) ‎of London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).‎

Neelam Shujahuddin is an Advocate of High Courts of Pakistan. She currently serves as an Assistant Advisor of the Forum of Pakistan Ombudsman and OIC Ombudsman Association. Ms. Shujahuddin has a legal practice background in matters pertaining to banking and contractual agreements. She has done her LL.B. (Hons) from University of London. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Law with the specialization of Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Banking & Finance Law) and Postgraduate Certificate in Law (International Business Law) from the University of London.

Aun Sherazi is a Website and Graphic Designer. He currently serves as Website & Newsletter Designer at the Forum of Pakistan Ombudsman and OCI Ombudsman Association. Mr. Sherazi is an IT Graduate, having BS(IT) degree from Allama Iqbal Open University. He has vast experience of almost 20 years having worked with the leading media house of Pakistan “The DAWN”.

Munimah Riaz is a legal professional holding an LLB degree with cum laude distinction. She serves as Assistant (Research & Outreach) at the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat of Pakistan, where she has directed the country’s largest public-sector internship programme, managed a nationwide campus ambassador network, and led editorial, awareness and youth initiatives to advance taxpayer rights. She represented Pakistan as a delegate at the OICOA Specialised Exchange Training Programme in Bahrain in December 2024. At OICOA, she is responsible for outreach and social media engagement.

Zakria Jalil currently serves as an Assistant at Admin Branch and a media coordinator at the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad. Mr. Jalil has previously worked with leading telecom firms including Huawei Technologies and Multinet Pakistan, where he managed and supervised large-scale optical fiber implementation projects, contributing to initiatives such as the Safe City Project and national broadband infrastructure.

Maaz Ali currently serves as a personal assistant to the Executive Secretary (Mr. Almas Ali Jovindah) at the OICOA Secretariat.
Mr. Ali holds a Postgraduate degree in Urdu from Abdul Wali Khan University.
