Continuing its commitment to public service, the Punjab Ombudsman has expanded its Awaami Khidmat Programme, extending outreach to more areas across the province on April 7, 2026. This initiative reflects the Ombudsman’s proactive approach to bringing grievance redressal services closer to the public.

The outreach visits are designed to facilitate effective complaint resolution at the local level while also raising awareness about the role and services of the Office of the Ombudsman. Citizens are being encouraged to directly engage with officials, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed promptly.

As part of this initiative by the Punjab Ombudsman, the Awaami Khidmat Programme aims to strengthen accessibility, improve responsiveness, and ensure timely resolution of public grievances. By reaching out to communities across Punjab, the Office of the Ombudsman continues to reinforce its commitment to transparency, efficiency, and citizen-focused service delivery.
