Hyderabad, July 17 (APP) – In line with the special instructions of Federal Ombudsman Ejaz Ahmed Qureshi, the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat Regional Office Hyderabad organized a Khuli Kachehri (open court) at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Matiari to directly address public grievances.
The session was led by Ghulam Rasool Appan, Regional Head of the Ombudsman Secretariat in Hyderabad, and attended by Dr. Syed Rizwan Ahmed, Advisor to the Federal Ombudsman. Officials from HESCO, Sui Southern Gas Company, NADRA, and the passport office also participated, ensuring multi-agency presence for prompt resolution.
Citizens voiced a range of complaints, to which Ghulam Rasool Appan responded by issuing on-the-spot instructions to relevant departments for immediate action. The initiative reaffirmed the Federal Ombudsman’s commitment to delivering timely and people-centric administrative justice at the grassroots level.
