The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh and Hands Welfare Foundation was held at the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh headquarters.

Chairman Hands Mr. Sheikh Tanveer Ahmed attended the ceremony along with CEO Mr. Maqbool Ahmed and Chief Executive Services Mr. Mohammad Anis.
Director General Provincial Ombudsman Sindh Mr. Naseemuddin Mirani and CEO Hands Mr. Maqbool Ahmed signed the agreement during the ceremony.
Under the MoU, both institutions will develop a joint action plan aimed at improving the delivery of free and accessible justice to the public.
Earlier, Mr. Mohammad Sohail Rajput gave a detailed briefing to the delegation of Hands Welfare Foundation about the functions and role of the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh. He stated that the primary responsibility of the institution is to resolve public complaints related to government departments. He added that a modern complaint management system will be launched next month to ensure faster and more effective resolution of complaints. According to him, the upcoming system will play a key role in providing timely relief to citizens.
On this occasion, Chairman Hands Mr. Sheikh Tanveer Ahmed also briefed the participants about the work and initiatives of Hands Welfare Foundation.
