SARGODHA: In line with the directives of the Provincial Ombudsman Punjab, citizen grievances are being addressed at their doorstep through the Public Service Program using a dedicated mobile van. Relevant departments are issued on-the-spot instructions to ensure quick redressal.

As part of this effort, the Regional Office Sargodha held an open court with the mobile van at Union Council No. 4 Miani and Town Committee Miani, Tehsil Bhera, District Sargodha. Private Secretary Mr. Faisal Butt and Research Fellow Mr. Zubair Ahmed heard complaints from local residents.
A total of 45 complaints were received. All were registered immediately, followed by prompt directions to the concerned departments for swift action.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Faisal Butt said that timely resolution of public issues and the provision of justice remain key priorities of the Provincial Ombudsman Punjab. He added that citizens can also lodge complaints through the 1050 helpline.
