Faisalabad: Ombudsperson Punjab Dr. Najma Afzal Khan met with Commissioner Faisalabad Ms. Musarrat Jabeen to discuss measures for ensuring the safety and protection of women at workplaces across the Faisalabad division.
During the meeting, the Commissioner assured support for the implementation of the Code of Conduct in government and private offices. Practical steps were also discussed to create safer, more accountable, and harassment-free work environments for women.
Both officials reaffirmed their commitment to enforcing anti-harassment laws and ensuring that no woman faces discrimination, harassment, or abuse at any workplace in the division.
The meeting reflected a shared resolve to strengthen workplace protection mechanisms and promote a culture of dignity, safety, and accountability for women in Faisalabad.
