Faisalabad: Under the direct instructions of Dr. Najma Afzal Khan, Ombudsperson Punjab, a crucial awareness campaign was conducted by Regional Coordination Officer Khalid Hassan. The drive, hosted in collaboration with Dr. Shahzad (CEO, Health FSD) and MS General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad, focused on reinforcing the legal safeguards available to working women.
To ensure strict compliance with the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, the campaign placed significant emphasis on the mandatory establishment of Inquiry Committees in all public and private sector organizations. These committees are vital for ensuring a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for all female employees.
