Lahore – July 22, 2025: The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab organized a Sunwai Seminar at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) to raise awareness about its free and impartial platform for addressing public complaints against government departments.

Mr. Arif Anwar Baloch, Advisor to the Ombudsman Punjab, briefed participants on how the Ombudsman’s Office enables transparent, efficient, and fair resolution of grievances involving public institutions. He emphasized the importance of empowering citizens and businesses with knowledge of their rights and access to justice.
The session was well-received by the business community. LCCI President Mian Abuzar Shad, Vice President Shahid Nazir Chaudhry, and Mrs. Firdous Nisar, Executive Committee Member and Convener of the Standing Committee on Women Entrepreneurs Business Forum, praised the Ombudsman’s role in bridging the gap between citizens and government bodies.
The seminar underscored the Ombudsman Punjab’s commitment to good governance, accountability, and public service excellence across the province.
