The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab organized a two-day refresher training programme for its Advisors, aimed at improving the quality of decisions, reducing delays in case disposal, and strengthening digital monitoring mechanisms.

According to official details, the training sessions focused on key sectors including health, education, labour, and other public service areas where citizen complaints are frequently reported. The objective was to enhance professional capacity and ensure more effective handling of public grievances.

The sessions were led by Advisors Nasim Nawaz, Nasir Jamal Pasha, and Sami Ullah, with valuable contributions from Arif Anwar Baloch, Mohsin Rashid, Tariq Mehmood, Masood Saleem, Dr. M. Ajmal Khan, Anwar Rashid, and Asif Iqbal Chaudhary. Participants discussed practical challenges, best practices, and the use of digital tools to improve oversight and case management.

Officials said the initiative reflects the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab’s continued commitment to transparent, efficient, and people-centred grievance redressal, ensuring timely relief and justice for citizens across the province.
