LAHORE: To further enhance the effectiveness of grievance redressal, the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab organized a two-day refresher training programme on January 19–20, 2026.

The training sessions focused on improving the quality of decision-making, addressing procedural delays, and strengthening the use of digital tools for monitoring and managing complaints. Special emphasis was placed on handling cases related to key public service sectors, including health, education, labour, and other government departments.

Officials said the initiative was aimed at building institutional capacity and ensuring more efficient, transparent, and timely resolution of public grievances. The programme forms part of the Office’s continued efforts to promote accountability and citizen-focused service delivery across Punjab.

The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab reaffirmed its commitment to improving complaint redressal mechanisms and providing relief to citizens through effective oversight and modernized administrative practices.
