LAHORE: The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab organized a two-day refresher training session for its staff on March 30 and 31 at its head office, aimed at improving internal capacity and service delivery.

The session was led by Advisor (F&P)/(ITID), Mr. Sami Ullah, who focused on the Ombudsman Punjab Management Information System (OPMIS) and the Complaint Management System to enhance staff understanding and ensure more efficient handling of public complaints.
The training also included sessions by Deputy Director (P&D), Ms. Sidra Arshad, who covered key areas such as logistics, procurement, and transport, strengthening participants’ knowledge of essential office management functions.
The initiative reflects the Office’s continued commitment to professional development, improved internal processes, and delivering efficient complaint redressal services to the citizens of Punjab.
