Rahim Yar Khan: The Regional Office of the Ombudsman Punjab, Rahim Yar Khan, organized an awareness seminar at the Government Associate College for Girls, Kot Samaba, Rahim Yar Khan, as part of its ongoing public outreach and awareness initiatives.

During the session, students of the institution were briefed in detail about the mandate, functions, and complaint redressal mechanism of the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab. The presentation highlighted the institution’s key role in addressing public grievances, ensuring administrative justice, and facilitating citizens in resolving complaints against government departments.
Officials explained the procedure for complaint registration, inquiry process, and grievance resolution mechanisms, enabling students to understand how citizens can seek redressal against maladministration.
The seminar formed part of the Ombudsman Punjab’s continued efforts to enhance public awareness, institutional accessibility, and citizen engagement, with a particular focus on educating young students about their rights and available legal-administrative remedies.
The initiative reflects the Office’s commitment to strengthening trust in public grievance redressal systems and promoting awareness of administrative accountability across all segments of society.
