LAHORE: The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab successfully concluded the third phase of its refresher training programme on 26–27 January 2026, further strengthening institutional capacity following earlier sessions held during the month.

The programme witnessed active participation from advisors representing regional offices across Punjab. Detailed discussions focused on reducing delays in case processing and improving the integration and use of digital systems for effective monitoring and oversight of complaints in key public service sectors, including health, education, labour, and other government departments.

Officials said the refresher training aimed to enhance professional competence, promote consistency in decision-making, and ensure more efficient handling of public grievances through modern administrative tools.

Through continued capacity-building initiatives, the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab reaffirmed its commitment to transparent governance, institutional efficiency, and responsive service delivery, ensuring timely relief and improved facilitation for citizens across the province.
