LAHORE, August 11, 2025 – The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab organized a Public Awareness Podcast featuring Mr. Mahmood Javed Bhatti, Advisor to Ombudsman Punjab. The session was hosted by Mr. Iftikhar ul Hassan, President of the Association of Union of Digital Journalists South Punjab, and Mr. Jamshed Rizwani, Senior Journalist and Chairperson of the Union.
During the discussion, Mr. Bhatti highlighted how the Ombudsman Punjab provides free and accessible justice to citizens, particularly the destitute. He explained the simple process of filing complaints and elaborated on the mechanisms in place to ensure fair, transparent, and timely resolution of grievances.
