LAHORE: In a steadfast commitment to institutional excellence and professional growth, the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab successfully conducted its 16th and 17th Refresher Training Sessions at its Head Office in Lahore.

Supervised by Ms. Dur-e-Shahwar, Director (Admin & Finance), the interactive sessions were strategically designed to strengthen institutional capacity, enhance operational efficiency, and reinforce a comprehensive understanding of the internal systems and core mandate of the Ombudsman’s office.
The comprehensive training featured key briefings from departmental experts:
- Quality & Tech Infrastructure: Mr. Sami Ullah, Advisor (Finance & Procurement) / (IT Infrastructure & Development), delivered crucial insights into ISO 9001:2015 standards, the Quality Management System (QMS), and the enhancement of IT infrastructure.
- Procurement & Resource Management: Ms. Sidra Arshad, Deputy Director (Procurement & Development), briefed the attendees on standard procurement procedures, logistical management, development workflows, and resource management best practices.
- HR & Operations: Ms. Iqra Shaukat, Assistant Director (HR), guided participants through updated administrative protocols, human resource practices, office coordination, and internal administrative workflows.
