PESHAWAR: The Office of the Ombudsperson Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has advanced a landmark initiative aimed at strengthening institutional coordination and governance reforms across the province.
Under the leadership of Rubab Mehdi, a significant meeting was held with Usman Gul, Director General of NIPA, PARD, and PPSA, Peshawar, to enhance collaboration, capacity building, and structured coordination between institutions.
The engagement focused on reinforcing institutional mechanisms, promoting transparency, and improving public service delivery through strategic partnerships and mutual support. Both sides emphasized the importance of collaborative governance in ensuring effective complaint redressal and responsive administrative practices.

The Ombudsperson’s office reiterated its dedication to building strategic partnerships that promote accountability, institutional synergy, and improved service delivery for the citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
