PESHAWAR — In a powerful step towards strengthening human rights and inclusive journalism, the Office of the Provincial Ombudsperson Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, led by H.E. Rubab Mehdi (Khatun Mohtasib), convened a dynamic session uniting journalists, civil society representatives, legislators, and government officials.

The session emphasized the vital role of media in promoting justice, human dignity, and equality. In her address, Rubab Mehdi shared a strong message of support, underscoring that human rights and freedoms must be upheld without exception, and that press freedom and civic space are essential to a just society.
