PESHAWAR: In a major step toward fostering collaborative governance and institutional excellence, the Honourable Punjab Ombudsperson, H.E. Dr. Najma Afzal Khan, paid an official visit to the Ombudsperson Secretariat of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The high-level visit was undertaken to observe and learn from the best practices, innovative institutional frameworks, and highly efficient grievance redressal mechanisms established by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Secretariat. The engagement provided a valuable platform for both provincial institutions to exchange knowledge, share strategic experiences, and reinforce bilateral cooperation in administrative justice.

Rubab Mehdi, the KP Secretariat has emerged as a benchmark institution, widely recognized for ensuring transparency, accountability, and the timely restoration of citizens’ rights. The visit by H.E.
