ISLAMABAD: Reaffirming that a harassment-free workplace is essential for women’s economic empowerment and social justice, the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace (FOSPAH) a constituent member institution of the Forum of Pakistan Ombudsman (FPO) held a high-level consultative meeting with the leadership of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

The strategic engagement centered on outlining FOSPAH’s statutory mandate and establishing collaborative frameworks between the two organizations to promote safe, dignified, and inclusive work environments. Key discussion points included strengthening workplace harassment prevention systems, building the capacity of internal Inquiry Committees, and integrating anti-harassment training modules into NADRA’s official employee development programs.

To ensure long-term impact, both entities explored joint awareness campaigns, targeted employee training, the nomination of dedicated focal persons, and enhanced institutional coordination.

As part of the Forum of Pakistan Ombudsman’s collective vision to uphold administrative justice and human dignity across member institutions, this initiative reflects FOSPAH’s proactive approach to creating equitable workplace ecosystems nationwide.
