Peshawar: Creating safe, dignified, and inclusive workplaces is not just a legal obligation but a shared societal responsibility that requires continuous awareness, sensitization, and collaboration among institutions. In this spirit, the FOSPAH Regional Office Peshawar conducted an interactive awareness session with officials of the FIA Zonal Office Peshawar. The participants included Inspectors, Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs), Constables, Superintendents, and other officers and officials.
The session focused on creating awareness regarding the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, the legal framework for preventing workplace harassment, and the responsibilities of organizations in ensuring safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces.
The interactive discussion encouraged active participation, allowing attendees to share their experiences, ask questions, and gain practical insights into the implementation of the law.
