Quetta – July 2025: In a continued effort to promote workplace dignity and accountability, the Federal Ombudsperson for Protection against Harassment (FOSPAH) conducted an awareness session at the Bank of Punjab’s Quetta branch.
The session featured Ms. Tayyaba Kakar, FOSPAH Law Officer, and Mr. Muhammad Usman, Assistant Registrar, who jointly addressed the participants on the legal framework and complaint mechanisms available to combat workplace harassment. They emphasized the critical role of FOSPAH in ensuring a safe and respectful work environment across public and private institutions.
During the session, the officials also discussed landmark judgments from Quetta that have set important precedents in the fight against harassment, showcasing FOSPAH’s commitment to justice and workplace equality.
The event served as a meaningful platform for promoting legal awareness, encouraging proactive reporting, and fostering a culture of accountability and respect in professional settings.
