Multan: The Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH) Sub-Regional Office Multan conducted an awareness session for employees of Daewoo Express Bus Service to promote workplace dignity, safety, and protection against harassment.

The session focused on building understanding of workplace harassment, discrimination, and the complaint mechanism available to employees. Participants included staff members serving in different roles, including drivers, hostesses, stewards, security staff, and human resource personnel.
During the dialogue, it was emphasized that a safe and respectful workplace is essential for employees who serve thousands of passengers every day. The session highlighted that protecting staff from harassment and discrimination is directly linked to improving service quality, public trust, and institutional responsibility.
The awareness session reinforced the importance of respect, inclusion, and accountability as the foundation of professional service. FOSPAH reaffirmed its commitment to supporting harassment-free workplaces across all sectors.
