Islamabad: The Honourable Federal Ombudsperson, Ms. Fauzia Viqar, held a meeting with Dr. Najma Afzal Khan, Ombudsperson Punjab, at the FOSPAH Head Office following Dr. Khan’s recent appointment.
During the meeting, both sides discussed matters of mutual interest, with a focus on strengthening coordination between federal and provincial offices. The discussion also covered legal and redressal mechanisms aimed at promoting safer, more respectful, and harassment-free workplaces across Pakistan.
The meeting also highlighted broader issues related to women’s economic security and access to property rights, stressing the importance of institutional cooperation in protecting women’s rights.
