Under the leadership of H.E. Ms. Rubab Mehdi, the Commission has successfully resolved two long-pending cases from Katlang, one dating back to 2022 and the other to 2024. Both matters involved complex family disputes, emotional strain, and disagreements over rightful property ownership. With focused efforts and a structured mediation process, both cases have now reached a full and lawful conclusion.

The Commission provided a neutral and transparent forum where each party was able to present its concerns. Through evidence-based decision-making and patient mediation, clarity was achieved and a major portion of the disputed property has been transferred to the rightful stakeholders.

Beyond the legal outcome, the resolution holds deeper significance. After years of tension, the two sisters involved in the disputes have reconciled, marking a meaningful restoration of family ties. The Commission ensured that justice was carried out with dignity and compassion, helping both parties find closure.

These outcomes reflect the Commission’s core mission to uphold justice with integrity, safeguard the rights of complainants, particularly women in vulnerable situations, and strengthen social harmony through fair and effective conflict resolution.

The Commission reaffirmed its commitment to continue serving communities with professionalism and dedication.
