OKARA: The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab continued its outreach efforts under the Awaami Khidmat Programme by deploying its mobile service van to Renala Khurd, District Okara, to facilitate on-the-spot grievance redressal for local residents.

During the visit, citizens were provided an opportunity to present their complaints directly to the Ombudsman’s team, enabling timely guidance and resolution. Officials said the initiative aims to make the complaint redressal process more accessible, transparent, and efficient, particularly for communities with limited access to government offices.
The outreach reflects the Office’s ongoing commitment to accountability, public service, and mass awareness by taking services to the doorstep of citizens. Through such engagements, the Ombudsman Punjab continues to strengthen public trust in governance and ensure effective relief for all segments of society.
