QUETTA, Oct 28 (APP): Advocate Ali Ahmed Lehri officially took oath as the new Provincial Ombudsman of Balochistan in a ceremony held at the Governor House on Tuesday.

Governor Mr. Jaffar Khan Mandokhel administered the oath, marking the beginning of Mr. Lehri’s tenure in a role dedicated to ensuring administrative justice and addressing public grievances across the province.

The oath-taking ceremony was simple yet dignified, attended by notable figures including former Provincial Ombudsman Nazar Baloch and members of the legal fraternity.

Mr. Lehri’s appointment is expected to bring renewed focus to citizen rights, transparency, and institutional accountability in Balochistan.
