LAHORE, Nov 18, 2025: Mr. Noman Ansar, System Analyst, conducted a focused AI orientation session for officers at the Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat, aimed at enhancing their understanding and use of Perplexity AI for improved information retrieval and decision-making.
The session introduced key concepts of artificial intelligence and provided practical training on effective prompt writing techniques. Officers engaged in hands-on exercises to craft clear, context-specific prompts, exploring how AI can assist in areas such as complaint verification and case summarization.
The interactive training boosted participants’ confidence in integrating AI tools into their daily workflows, leading to greater efficiency and accuracy in handling public grievances.
