Peshawar: The Honourable Ombudsperson Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ms. Rubab Mehdi, presented the Annual Report 2025–2026 of the Ombudsperson Secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the Respected Minister for Law, Mr. Aftab Alam.
The Annual Report encapsulates the Secretariat’s performance, institutional progress, key interventions, case disposal, and initiatives undertaken during the year to strengthen the delivery of accessible and expeditious justice. It reflects the Secretariat’s sustained efforts towards the protection of women’s property and inheritance rights, redressal of workplace harassment, and provision of effective relief to aggrieved citizens.
The presentation further highlights a continued institutional resolve to promote transparency, accountability, responsiveness, and rights-based governance, ensuring that the mandate of the Ombudsperson translates into practical relief and justice on the ground.
