Peshawar: In a significant engagement reflecting the shared constitutional commitment to the rule of law, access to justice, and protection of citizens’ rights, Honourable Ombudsperson Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Rubab Mehdi, presented the Annual Report of the Ombudsperson Secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the Honourable Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court, Mr. Justice S. M. Attique Shah.
The presentation represents more than a report it is a record of institutional responsibility, public service, and justice delivered. It places before the highest judicial forum of the province the Secretariat’s performance, proceedings, and endeavours undertaken to ensure that grievances are addressed through law, due process, fairness, and reasoned institutional action.
Where the law promises a remedy, institutions must ensure that the remedy reaches the citizen. The Ombudsperson Secretariat remains committed to making that principle a lived reality with integrity, impartiality, and an unwavering resolve to protect rights and restore justice.
