Faisalabad: In compliance with the directives of Federal Ombudsman Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch, a special inspection of Faisalabad International Airport was conducted. Regional Head and Advisor In-Charge Faisalabad, Shahid Hussain Jilani, accompanied by Deputy Registrar Yasir Shabbir Malik, visited the Faisalabad International Airport.
During the inspection, the affairs and performance of various federal institutions operating at the airport, including the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Airport Security Force (ASF), and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), were reviewed. The officials also obtained detailed information from the relevant authorities regarding coordination among the institutions, provision of facilities to passengers, and timely resolution of citizens’ complaints and problems.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, Shahid Hussain Jilani said that the Federal Ombudsman’s institution was providing citizens with an effective and accessible forum for the redressal of complaints against federal government departments and institutions. He said that citizens could submit their complaints against any federal institution to the Federal Ombudsman and obtain prompt and free-of-cost relief.
He further said that, in accordance with the directives of the Federal Ombudsman, continuous monitoring of the performance of federal institutions and the facilities being provided to citizens would continue to ensure better public services and timely justice for the people.
