Peshawar: Workplace harassment remains one of the most under-reported issues in professional environments across Pakistan, and changing that requires more than legislation alone it requires institutions willing to have the conversation.

In this spirit, FOSPAH Regional Office Peshawar conducted an interactive awareness session on the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, at the Office of the Chief Commissioner, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Regional Tax Office (RTO) Peshawar.

The session was attended by Assistant Commissioner (IR) Ms. Asma Habibullah, along with Inspectors and other officers of the department, and focused on recognizing workplace harassment, understanding the legal protections available under the law, and strengthening internal mechanisms that safeguard employees’ dignity.

As the national institution mandated to implement the Act, FOSPAH continues to work closely with public and private sector organizations to translate the law into everyday institutional practice.
