LAHORE: As part of its ongoing Staff Training Series, the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab organized a two-day training session on June 1–2, 2026, aimed at enhancing institutional capacity, improving professional competencies, and strengthening public service delivery across the province.

The training brought together officers and staff members of the Ombudsman Punjab and featured presentations by Mr. Omer Saeed, Deputy Director Administration & Transport; Mr. Nadeem Hassan Gohar, Registrar; Mr. Afzaal Waris, MIS Expert; and Mr. Kamran Waheed, Assistant Director (Development).
During the session, the resource persons shared valuable insights on administrative procedures, digital systems, operational efficiency, and best practices in governance and public service delivery. The discussions focused on improving institutional performance, strengthening internal processes, and enhancing the effectiveness of citizen-focused services.
Participants also received guidance on modern management practices, technology-driven solutions, and efficient administrative mechanisms designed to improve service standards and organizational productivity.
The training series reflects the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab’s continued commitment to professional development, continuous learning, and institutional excellence. Through such initiatives, the office aims to equip its workforce with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide efficient, transparent, and responsive services to citizens throughout Punjab.
