KARACHI: Federal Insurance Ombudsman Mr. Mumtaz Ali Shah held an official meeting with the Honourable Governor of Sindh at the Governor House to discuss measures aimed at strengthening institutional performance, improving public relief mechanisms, and enhancing corporate accountability within the insurance sector.

During the meeting, both sides deliberated on the importance of ensuring speedy and accessible justice for insurance consumers and emphasized the need for stronger federal-provincial coordination to safeguard public interests effectively.
The discussion also focused on improving complaint resolution systems, increasing public awareness regarding consumer rights, and promoting transparency and accountability in insurance-related matters.
