Karachi: The Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ziauddin University to enhance collaboration on research, capacity building, and awareness initiatives aimed at preventing workplace harassment.

The MoU was formally signed by Mirza Amin Ul Haq, Additional Registrar and Regional Head of FOSPAH, and Ms. Sabika Shah. The signing ceremony was witnessed by the Vice Chancellor of Ziauddin University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali Shaikh, and Dean Shaista Sarki.

Under the partnership, FOSPAH and Ziauddin University will jointly carry out evidence-based research on institutional complaint mechanisms. The collaboration will also include targeted awareness sessions and capacity-building programmes within the medical community.

The initiative reflects FOSPAH’s continued commitment to promoting safer, more inclusive, and dignified workplaces across Pakistan through strategic partnerships with academic institutions.
