Lahore, April 21, 2026: The 6th Batch of Staff Training was conducted on April 20 and 21, 2026, at the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab, Lahore. The two-day training programme aimed to enhance the professional capacity of staff members by providing practical knowledge on key institutional functions.

Senior officers delivered informative sessions on finance, procurement, IT infrastructure, administration, accounts management, institutional mandate, and complaint handling procedures.
Mr. Sami Ullah, Advisor Finance & Procurement / IT Infrastructure & Development, briefed participants on financial operations and IT-related matters. Mr. Muhammad Omer Saeed, Deputy Director Admin & Transport, conducted sessions on core administrative functions. Ms. Sidra Arshad, Deputy Director Procurement & Development, explained procurement processes and related procedures.
Mr. Yasir Abbas, Accounts Officer, shared useful insights on accounts management, while Mr. Nadeem Hassan Gohar, Registrar, guided participants on the mandate of the institution and procedures for handling public complaints.
The training provided participants with valuable learning opportunities and strengthened their understanding of official procedures, service delivery, and institutional responsibilities at the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab.
