A resident of Peshawar, Mr. Aurangzeb, has received relief in a long-pending pension case through the intervention of the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat’s Regional Office in Peshawar.
The complainant had approached the Wafaqi Mohtasib regarding the non-payment of his pension and outstanding arrears. Taking prompt notice, the case was taken up with the Controller Military Accounts and actively pursued for early resolution.
As a result of the intervention, the concerned department restored Mr. Aurangzeb’s pension and released arrears amounting to Rs. 55,000.
The implementation of the case was effectively ensured by Associate Advisor Mr. Muhammad Qasim Jan, who played a key role in facilitating timely resolution.
Expressing his gratitude, the complainant thanked the Wafaqi Mohtasib for providing prompt administrative relief and resolving his grievance efficiently.
