PESHAWAR / MALAKAND: A high-level meeting was held today between Rubab Mehdi, Hon’ble Ombudsperson Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the Commissioner Malakand to discuss strategic planning for public outreach initiatives, strengthening administrative coordination, and designing upcoming awareness programmes.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the need to improve public service delivery through enhanced institutional collaboration and effective inter-departmental coordination. The discussion focused on ensuring clear and timely communication between government departments and the public to promote transparent, responsive, and citizen-centric governance.
Rubab Mehdi highlighted the importance of proactive outreach and awareness initiatives to ensure citizens are well-informed about their rights and available grievance redress mechanisms. The meeting also explored ways to align administrative efforts with public needs to achieve better governance outcomes.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continued collaboration, aimed at strengthening administrative frameworks, enhancing service standards, and bringing public facilitation and justice closer to the people of the Malakand region.
