PESHAWAR / HAZARA: Hon’ble Ombudsperson Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Rubab Mehdi, held an important and productive meeting with Divisional Commissioner Hazara, Mr. Fayyaz Ali Shah, to enhance institutional coordination and improve public service delivery across the Hazara Division.
During the meeting, both sides discussed promoting effective inter-departmental collaboration, advancing institutional strengthening initiatives, and expanding public awareness programmes to ensure citizens are well-informed about their rights and available grievance redress mechanisms.
A key highlight of the discussion was planning for an upcoming Khuli Kacheri in the Hazara Division, where Honourable Rubab Mehdi will directly engage with the public, listen to grievances, and facilitate prompt and transparent resolutions.
The meeting reflected a shared commitment to accountability, transparency, and citizen-centric governance, reinforcing the resolve to bring justice and administrative relief closer to the people through coordinated institutional efforts.
