FOSPAH’s Karachi Office, in collaboration with LRBT Eye Hospital, organized an awareness session focused on identifying and preventing harassment within medical workplaces.

Regional Head Ms. Sabika Shah led the session, highlighting how everyday acts of harassment in healthcare settings are often overlooked or minimized, despite their serious impact. She noted that even so-called minor incidents can undermine confidence, create fear, and affect professional performance.
Participants were encouraged to reflect on their individual and collective responsibility in preventing harassment and fostering work environments based on respect, safety, and dignity. The session emphasized that awareness and accountability are essential to protecting healthcare professionals and maintaining ethical workplace standards.
The initiative reflects FOSPAH’s continued commitment to outreach and awareness across critical service sectors.
