FOSPAH continued its institutional outreach with an awareness session at NEPRA focused on strengthening legal understanding and workplace protections. Law Officer Mr. Mohsin Sheikh led the session, offering a detailed explanation of the legal framework around workplace harassment and the remedies available under the law.
The session featured a keynote address from Federal Ombudsperson Ms. Fauzia Viqar, who stressed the importance of accountability, dignity, and shared responsibility in creating harassment-free professional environments. She underscored that safe workplaces depend not only on strong laws but also on active commitment from leadership and staff.
The initiative reflects FOSPAH’s ongoing work to support institutions, expand legal literacy, and raise awareness so that employees at all levels are equipped to build respectful and secure workplaces.
