HYDERABAD, Nov 14: The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat, Hyderabad organized an awareness session at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, to educate students and faculty members about the role and procedures of the institution in addressing public complaints against federal departments.

Speaking at the session, Advisor Dr. Syed Rizwan Ahmed briefed the audience on the mandate of the Federal Ombudsman, emphasizing its commitment to timely redressal of grievances related to federal institutions. He provided a step-by-step explanation of the complaint filing process and encouraged citizens to take full advantage of this accessible and cost-free justice platform.
According to a press statement, the session drew strong interest from both students and faculty, many of whom engaged actively in the concluding interactive Q&A segment. During the discussion, Dr. Rizwan Ahmed further highlighted the effectiveness of the Ombudsman system in combating maladministration and ensuring transparency and accountability in governance.
