KARACHI, October, 2025 : Sindh Ombudsman Muhammad Sohail Rajput has emphasized the importance of timely resolution of public complaints during a high-level meeting with advisors and regional directors at the Ombudsman’s Secretariat.
Chairing the session, Mr. Rajput directed regional directors to increase public engagement by organizing seminars and holding open courts across the province. He underscored that raising awareness about the Ombudsman’s role is essential to ensuring people know where to turn when facing administrative issues.
Mr. Rajput noted that the steady rise in complaints is a positive sign, reflecting growing public confidence in the institution’s ability to deliver justice and accountability. He reaffirmed the Secretariat’s commitment to transparent and responsive governance.
