ISLAMABAD – The Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection against Harassment (FOSPAH) continues its nationwide awareness campaign to promote safer and more dignified workplaces.

At the General Post Office in Peshawar, an interactive session on the Workplace Harassment Act 2010 encouraged meaningful dialogue, as participants raised questions, clarified procedures, and showed a strong eagerness to learn about their rights and responsibilities.
Similarly, at the Bank of Punjab in Lahore, participants actively engaged in discussions, asked thought-provoking questions, and gained deeper clarity on the legal protections and mechanisms available under the Act.
These sessions underline FOSPAH’s commitment to fostering equality, dignity, and respect in workplaces across Pakistan, ensuring that employees are not only aware of their rights but are also empowered to uphold them.
