Multan, July 31, 2025: The Office of the Provincial Ombudsman Punjab in collaboration with the Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (WCCI) Multan Division organized an impactful seminar under the ‘Aap Ki Sunwai’ campaign to enhance public awareness about grievance redressal mechanisms.

Addressing the session, Advisor to the Provincial Ombudsman Punjab, Mr. Mehmood Javed Bhatti, emphasized that the resolution of citizens’ complaints is a top priority. He explained that the Ombudsman’s Office is ensuring accessible, transparent, and cost-effective complaint registration through mobile platforms and regional offices, enabling swift action against both public and private institutions.

Mr. Bhatti reiterated the commitment of the Provincial Ombudsman Punjab to uphold public service standards and deliver justice at the grassroots level.

The seminar was well-attended by prominent women entrepreneurs and community leaders, with WCCI officials commending the Ombudsman’s efforts to provide legal relief to the underserved and promote institutional accountability.

This initiative reflects the Ombudsman’s broader mission to ensure citizen empowerment through awareness, accessibility, and efficient service delivery across Punjab.
